Service Description

This one hour class is designed to combine high intensity spinning with resistance training. It is a great work out for your whole body. Areas of focus vary by the day. Monday is chest focused. Tuesday is arms. Wednesday is legs. Thursday is for you booty. Friday is all about abs.
